At Mildly Feral, certain products may be offered through preorders or other special purchase arrangements. Please review the following terms before placing your order.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Products
Preorder and made-to-order merchandise may enter production shortly after an order is placed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.
Estimated production timelines are provided in individual product listings. Certain specialty merchandise may require up to 5 weeks for production before shipping.
Subscription Purchases
If subscription products are offered, customers may request cancellation of future recurring orders by contacting our customer support team or using any available subscription management options.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel orders already processed or shipped.
Any applicable cancellation deadlines will be disclosed with the subscription offer.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by our published Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will be reviewed for an appropriate replacement or refund.
