Order Processing & Production

Our products are fulfilled through multiple trusted production and shipping partners. Processing times vary depending on the product and availability.

• Ready-to-ship merchandise: Processing times are displayed at checkout or on the product page when available.

• Made-to-order apparel and accessories: Production times vary by item and fulfillment partner.

• Preorder merchandise: Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided in the individual product listings. Select specialty items may require up to 5 weeks for production.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination, carrier, product availability, and fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or production circumstances.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.
